1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Kosovo Outlet online shop within Germany.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

3. Ordering process and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button you place a binding order for the products contained in your shopping cart.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
The contract is only concluded when your order is confirmed by us.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices stated in the shop are final prices in euros.
Since the seller is acting as a private individual, the prices do not include any VAT.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
Kosovo Outlet reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods in individual cases.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is only within Germany.
The processing time is usually 1-3 working days , the delivery time 5-10 working days .
The products are shipped directly from the wholesaler Matterhorn Wholesale or its partners ( dropshipping ).
Kosovo Outlet strives to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but assumes no liability for delays caused by shipping providers or external circumstances.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller Aleksander Tukaj (Kosovo Outlet) until full payment has been made.

7. Right of withdrawal

Customers have the statutory right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.
Kosovo Outlet is not liable for minor color variations or differences in product presentation that may arise due to screen settings.
The seller assumes no liability for delivery delays or damages caused by third parties (e.g. shipping service providers or suppliers).

9. Data protection

Your personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
For order processing, only the data required for delivery will be passed on to the wholesaler (e.g. Matterhorn Wholesale).

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the place of residence of the seller.
