🇩🇪 Returns & Refunds – NordelleStyle

1. Right of withdrawal (return)

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to:

with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name and address

  • Product(s) to be returned

Once we receive your request, you will receive confirmation and further return instructions.


2. Return of goods

Returned goods must be unused, unworn, and resalable , including all tags and original packaging.
Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned without a tag cannot be refunded .

Please note:

  • The customer shall bear the costs of return unless the goods are damaged or defective.

  • Returns without prior contact cannot be processed .


3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method used.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

In case of a partial return, only the corresponding amount will be refunded.


4. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery at:

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can process your request quickly.
In these cases, we will of course cover the return costs or offer a replacement.


5. Exceptions

The following items are excluded from the cancellation :

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Vouchers and digital products
